7430 Monterey Street in Gilroy, between 5th and 6th Streets in the heart of Historic Downtown Gilroy. Just four songs south of San Jose. Look for the sign!
9Lives is a general admission venue with limited seating. No matter where you are at in the venue you will have a great view of the stage. All seating is on a first come basis. If you have large group that wants to be seated together we advise you have someone arrive early.
There are hundreds of FREE parking spaces located within one block of the venue. Try that in San Jose or San Francisco! You will find convenient street parking along with well lighted parking lots within one block north, south and west of 9Lives.
If your tickets are at will-call you can claim them on the night of the event when the doors open.
You must present a valid picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase when you claim your will-call tickets. No ID = no ticket. No exceptions.
If you are on a guest list you will need to know the name of the person who put you on the guest list and present a valid picture I.D. Go to the hostess station, give them your name with your I.D. and if your name is on the list you're in! If your name doesn't appear on the guest list or if you don't have a valid picture I.D. then you will have to pay to be admitted. No exceptions.
9Lives accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards. We also have and ATM inside the venue.
All shows are 21 and over unless otherwise noted, valid ID is required. No I.D. equals no admission.
Occaisionally we will have 18 and over shows. In these instances wristbands will be issued to guests that are over 21 that want to consume alcohol. People under the age of 21 will not be issued a wristband and will be hand stamped as being Under 21. Any minor attempting purchase alcohol, found drinking alcohol or found to be under the influence of alcohol will be immediately escorted from the venue.
Any person that intends to purchase alcohol at 9Lives may be asked to wear a wristband. Valid photo ID is required.
You may exit and reenter 9Lives provided you have the proper re-entry pass.
We offer a limited food menu serving pizza and hot dogs along with some concert snack foods. There are also several restaurants within one block of the venue. We do not permit outside food or beverages into 9Lives.
Unless otherwise noted, point & shoot cameras (non-professional) are allowed in the venue. All DSLR cameras (professional w/removable lens) must be accompanied by a photo pass. Our photo policy changes as mandated by the performers. We typically do not find out the official photo policy of each performer until they arrive the day of the show. Contact Photo Passes if you have special photography requests.
Absolutely no video cameras will be allowed without prior written approval by 9Lives and the artist to be videotaped. All requests to videotape any performance at 9Lives should be sent to Video Requests at least 72 hours prior to the requested performance date. No exceptions.
Please contact Photo Passes to request a photo pass for a particular show. 9Lives cannot grant photo passes without written consent from the artist performing. All photo passes are issued at the discretion of the artist’s and 9Lives and may be revoked ast any time.
