Delivery Schedule
You are billed monthly, and your subscription box is delivered every 2 weeks (fortnightly) to ensure your cat never runs out of their favourite food and supplies.
After your first order, you'll receive your box on a regular schedule. We'll always send you a dispatch notification so you know when to expect your delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and other remote mainland areas may take an additional 1-2 working days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your box's journey.
You can also view your delivery status and upcoming deliveries in your account dashboard.
Flexible Delivery
Need to pause or reschedule a delivery? No problem. You can manage your subscription from your account at any time.
